Freestyle and Flip Turn Tune-up Clinic for Freestylers

Buff up your freestyle, now that you've been out on your own, practicing. Share your workout experiences, what you've been learning on your own, ask your questions. Review balance, propulsion, kick, and breathing, turns, drills, and ways to keep workouts fun. Come, even if your stroke is in shreds. This is a safe place to review and renew.

Get video feedback on your stroke as it is today. Put that feedback to use in class before returning to your own pool.

COST:

$155 plus current PMS. If you won't do any other classes or Open Swims this year, you can skip the PMS for a one day class.
